    When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information by email. You can follow your delivery using the link in the message.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days within Sweden and 3–7 business days within the rest of the EU from the time your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays and peak periods.

We always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order management

We know that quick handling makes a difference.

All orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 are packed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Please note: Same-day handling means the order is shipped the same day — not that it is delivered the same day.

If something doesn't go as planned

What do I do if my delivery is delayed?

If your delivery is delayed, first check the tracking information using the link in your delivery confirmation. If there has been no update for 5 business days, contact us and we’ll help you.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, contact us with your order number and we’ll help you and take the matter up with the delivery partner.

Can I change the delivery address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible by email or using the contact form. We will do our best to help – but if the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an address change.

Always ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. An incorrect address can unfortunately lead to delays or the package not reaching its destination.
